Our Services

Our holistic education sessions are offered either as an individual or in a group setting.

Individual sessions focus on the needs of the individual participant, while group sessions will allow the educator to work with multiple participants at the same time.  Some students choose to integrate both individual and group-based work into their Meraki journey.

During each session, we will use a variety of techniques to help the individual or group reach their visions and goals.

These techniques may include Yoga, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Mindfulness, Breath work, Sound Therapy and Guided Meditation, amongst others.  The aim of each session is to create a sense of balance and well-being in the individual or group within a nurturing and safe environment.

What is EFT?

How can it support Wellbeing?

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as tapping, is a powerful tool that can support in managing emotions and promoting overall well-being. By gently tapping on specific acupressure points while focusing on a particular issue or emotion, EFT helps to release emotional stress and tension. 

This simple yet effective technique can be tailored to address a wide range of challenges including anxiety, stress, anger, low self-esteem, and trauma. 

EFT empowers participants to express and process their emotions in a healthy way, providing them with valuable coping skills that they can carry with them throughout their lives. It offers a safe and non-invasive approach to emotional healing, promoting a sense of calmness, resilience, and emotional balance.

Meraki EFT sessions can be booked either on a 1-1 basis, or within a group setting which allows for discussion and interaction with others.
